Use of AgentDeduct

AgentDeduct helps real estate agents organize business expense records, mileage, receipts, and year-end reports. The app is provided for recordkeeping and testing purposes.

No tax, legal, or financial advice

AgentDeduct does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Deduction estimates, categories, mileage calculations, OCR results, and reports should be reviewed by the user and confirmed with a qualified tax professional.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing auto-filled receipt data, maintaining backups, and deciding what to provide to a CPA or tax preparer. Users should not rely on AgentDeduct as the only copy of important tax records.

Local storage limits

Expense records and receipt files are stored in the user's browser/device. Browser storage can be cleared, limited, or removed by browser settings, device settings, private browsing, or device changes. AgentDeduct is not responsible for lost local records.

Backups and imports

Users may download and import AgentDeduct backup files. Users are responsible for keeping backup files secure and for confirming imported data is accurate before using reports.

Availability and changes

AgentDeduct may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Features such as receipt auto-fill and anonymous activity tracking may change as the app is improved.

Acceptance

By using AgentDeduct, users agree to use it as a recordkeeping estimate tool and to review all information before relying on it for tax preparation.
